The three gaps that slow down senior careers

At senior level, talent is rarely the problem. Roles are scarcer, many are never advertised, and decisions involve boards, investors and search firms who each see only a fragment of who you are. What slows strong executives down is a combination of three gaps.

We co-create a short cinematic film, professional portraits and a personal page that show who you are, what you have built and what you are known for. The film is not an advertisement. It is closer to a short documentary: your path, the decisions that defined you, the proof behind your claims and the direction you want to take next.

Senior storytellers interview you and stress-test the narrative before anything goes into production, because most of the quality of a film is decided before the camera rolls. Films are hosted privately, only trailers go on social media, and a legal framework protects your image and your interests.

Executives use their page in their email signature, in every introduction to a search partner or chair, in board candidacies and when they take up a new role. Formats start at €1,500 for a rebrand of existing films and €2,000 for an elevator pitch. Our flagship, a personal page with a five-minute film, starts at €3,500.

We add your social style and what you are famous for, the strengths people associate with you spontaneously. The result is a fair, portable profile that belongs to you, not to your employer.

Opportunities: your executive search, run like a commercial pipeline

Our method runs over 16 weeks in three overlapping phases. In weeks 0 to 4 we understand and assess: targets, roles, volumes, your CV and LinkedIn profile, and your 360° profile. In weeks 3 to 8 we brand and plan: your story and pitch, your page and films, and a detailed workplan with company and contact lists. From week 6 we reach, apply and convert: signals analytics, outreach at scale, applications and interview preparation, until you have offers to choose from.

Digital signals tell us where to knock: funding rounds, acquisitions, new plants, regulatory approvals, leadership moves and hiring surges. Segments are ranked by profile fit, size, share of verified emails and market urgency. Your own network and targeted outreach then run in a 12-week plan at a constant weekly volume, typically around 220 contacts a week for a senior profile, with systematic follow-ups and a live dashboard. Can I work with 1Signature while I am still employed? Yes, and many clients do. Films stay private until you decide to share them, target lists can exclude sensitive companies, and outreach is designed with discretion in mind.

How long does it take to reach an offer? Our clients typically reach their next offer in 3 to 6 months, depending on seniority, sector and how far they want to move.

Can I start with one offer only? Yes. Each offer works on its own, and each one strengthens the others when combined.
